Our Senior Adult Ministry, Golden Sunshine, is open to anyone who would like to participate. Through monthly fellowships, game nights, lunch outings, and special gatherings, we enjoy spending time together while encouraging one another in the Lord.
More than simply sharing good times with good people, our desire is for others to experience the love of Christ through our ministry and fellowship. Whether you are looking for friendship, encouragement, laughter, or a church family to connect with, there is a place for you at Golden Sunshine.

Golden Sunshine meets every other month on the third Tuesday.

Every 2nd and 4th Sunday at 10:00 AM
Start your Sunday with connection and conversation! Sunday Connection is a relaxed, welcoming time to share a light breakfast, laugh together, and build relationships with the people we worship alongside each week.
Each gathering includes a fun icebreaker and a discussion question inspired by the day’s sermon, helping us prepare our hearts and minds for worship.
Our goal is simple: to strengthen our community and move beyond just attending church together—to truly live life together. Come hungry for food, friendship, and genuine connection!

Here at Grassy Valley Baptist Church, our Card Ministry is dedicated to encouraging, uplifting, and loving others through thoughtful cards and handwritten notes. Whether celebrating special occasions, offering comfort during difficult times, or simply letting someone know they are being prayed for, this ministry is a meaningful way to share the love of Christ. We cherish the joy these cards bring to those who receive them and invite anyone with a heart for encouragement to join us.
The Card Ministry meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month.
