FLOYD, MICHAEL PAUL (MIKE) - age 20 of Lenoir City, passed away Friday morning, September 12, 2008 following a motorcycle accident. He served in the 152nd Military Police Unit of the Army National Guard. Mike loved to live life to the fullest, loved to dance and especially to make people laugh. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Kenny Smith; great grandmother, Lenna Cutlip. Survivors include parents, Kevin and Cindy Floyd and Joseph Comper; sister, Crystal Floyd; paternal grandparents, Harold and Emily Floyd; maternal grandparents, Margo Smith-Faulkner; aunts, Debbie, Kandy, Margie and Krtista; Uncle Kim; many cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2008 at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with a Celebration of Life to follow at 4 p.m. with Dr. Rami Cassis officiating. Family and friends will gather at 9:30 a.m. Monday, September 15, 2008 at East Tennessee State Veteran's Cemetery for graveside services and interment with military honors.
